As an automation QA at GlobalLogic, your role will involve developing an automated test framework to ensure the quality of applications. Collaboration with team members across various infrastructure layers is crucial for successful problem-solving and designing sophisticated and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop an automated test framework for quality assurance - Coordinate with team members working on different infrastructure layers - Implement Testing Best Practices - Utilize Cucumber, Gherkin, or other BDD testing tools - Verify analytics and reporting dashboards using SQL - Work in an Agile/Scrum development process - Perform data quality testing using tools like Great Expectations, Soda Core, or DBT - Conduct Data Pipeline Testing/ETL/Data Quality checks - Write data quality checks using Python scripting - Familiarity with Playwright Testing using Typescript is a plus - Experience with Big Query, Power BI, or similar tools Qualifications Required: - Proven professional Test Automation experience - Knowledge of Testing Best Practices - Experience with Cucumber, Gherkin, or other BDD testing tools - Proficiency in SQL for analytics and reporting dashboards - Experience in Agile/Scrum development process - Knowledge of data quality tools like Great Expectations, Soda Core, or DBT testing - Experience with data pipeline testing/ETL/Data Quality - Ability to write data quality checks using Python scripting - Exposure to Playwright Testing using Typescript is advantageous - Familiarity with Big Query, Power BI, or similar tools About GlobalLogic: GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is a trusted digital engineering partner known for creating innovative digital products and experiences.
