v Designing of QC methods and process towards TQM
v Providing formulations and handling solutions to production department and SOP with quality parameters to production department.
Approving QC inspection reports of Raw material, intermediate, Packing and finished material.
Approving pre-formulation prepared and checked by QC analyst before proceeding production on regular basis.
Investigating and setting standards for quality and establishing standard protocols for Quality checking and production protocols and Reviewing of current SOP of production, QC and giving advices to minimize time and to improve productivity.
Creating Masters in ERP system including, BOM, QC SPECIFICATION SHEET and ITEMS and managing issues arising during flow of Job.
In case of rework/rejection, investigate product and process deviations, identify root cause and develop corrective measures.
Maintaining of reports and records.
Qualification : M.sc Chemistry , Bio - Chemistry
