QA Analyst (Remote)

Junior QA Analyst

• Review batch documents such as Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Certificates of Compliance (CoC) for completeness.
• Support quality release activities by checking documents against SOPs.
• Help ensure products meet

  GMP

  and

  GDP

  requirements.

• Log and track product quality complaints in the quality system.
• Assist in collecting information for complaint investigations and CAPA actions.
• Support recall and field action activities by helping with documentation and tracking.

• Maintain quality records such as SOPs, deviations, CAPAs, and complaint files.
• Help update and organize documents in the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Assist in reviewing temperature excursion reports and escalating issues to senior QA staff.
• Support preparation of Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQRs).

• Assist in preparing documents for Health Canada inspections.
• Help track Canadian-specific labeling and packaging updates.
• Support maintenance of import and distribution documents for Canada.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field
• Basic understanding of Quality Assurance or GMP concepts (academic or internship experience is acceptable)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Internship or project experience in QA, QC, or Regulatory Affairs
• Exposure to QMS tools (Veeva, TrackWise, MasterControl, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare regulations

• Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
• Exposure to

  Health Canada regulations
