Job Description

You are looking for a dynamic QA Analyst to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Your primary focus will be to collaborate closely with development and product teams in the Insurance Industry (P & L) to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for documenting and tracking defects, providing detailed reports to the development team, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to understand and articulate business and functional requirements. Your role will also involve providing clear, concise feedback to development and product teams, documenting and reporting testing results in a clear manner, and facilitating communication between business, development, and QA teams. You will attend defect triage calls to ensure effective issue resolution, maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies, and continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior QA team members to foster a culture of quality and collaboration.
