QA Analyst- Inspection POD

As a skilled QA Functional Engineer supporting a product delivery POD, your main responsibilities will include: - Leading and supporting QA efforts within the team and offshore group. - Preparing and maintaining test plans, test cases/scripts, and test reports. - Executing manual and automated tests; logging, tracking, and closing defects. - Performing exploratory and regression testing. - Validating UI and UX responsiveness across multiple devices and screen sizes (iOS and Android). - Conducting visual regression testing and performing testing on emulators, simulators, and real devices. - Managing test data effectively to support quality test cycles. - Collaborating with developers, product owners, and testers in an Agile team environment. - Supporting Test Automation Engineer in continuous test automation efforts. - Contributing to QA process improvements and chapter-wide innovation initiatives. - Ensuring testing aligns with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bitbucket or Azure DevOps. In order to excel in this role, you are required to have: - 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance - Experience with test automation for mobile applications using Selenium (Java), Maven, Appium - Hands-on experience in API testing and database validation - Familiarity with tools: qTest, JIRA, Confluence, Kafka - Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud environment - Working knowledge of Agile methodology and QA best practices - Experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Azure DevOps preferred) - Strong understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, and defect lifecycle Additionally, key attributes and soft skills that will be beneficial for you in this role include: - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Highly analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities - Proactive self-learner with a collaborative mindset - Proven ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams - Experience working with onshore/offshore teams - Ability to challenge requirements and contribute to technical discussions,
