QA Analyst- Inspection POD

As a skilled QA Functional Engineer supporting a product delivery POD, your role will involve: - Leading and supporting QA efforts within the team and offshore group. - Preparing and maintaining test plans, test cases/scripts, and test reports. - Executing manual and automated tests; logging, tracking, and closing defects. - Performing exploratory and regression testing. - Validating UI and UX responsiveness across multiple devices and screen sizes (iOS and Android). - Conducting visual regression testing and performing testing on emulators, simulators, and real devices. - Managing test data effectively to support quality test cycles. - Collaborating with developers, product owners, and testers in an Agile team environment. - Supporting Test Automation Engineer in continuous test automation efforts. - Contributing to QA process improvements and chapter-wide innovation initiatives. - Ensuring testing aligns with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bitbucket or Azure DevOps. In terms of Required Experience & Technical Skills, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance - Experience with test automation for mobile applications using Selenium (Java), Maven, Appium - Hands-on experience in API testing and database validation - Familiarity with tools: qTest, JIRA, Confluence, Kafka - Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud environment - Working knowledge of Agile methodology and QA best practices - Experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Azure DevOps preferred) - Strong understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, and defect lifecycle Additionally, some Key Attributes & Soft Skills that are important for this role include: - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Highly analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities - Proactive self-learner with a collaborative mindset - Proven ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams - Experience working with onshore/offshore teams - Ability to challenge requirements and contribute to technical discussions This job will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your expertise in QA Functional Engineering and contribute to the quality assurance best practices across mobile and web platforms.,
