We're Hiring: Python/Django Developer (2–3 Years Experience) – Kochi

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000/month
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Probation Period: 6 months (Salary hike after 3 months based on performance)

We're expanding our development wing and looking for a Django developer who can both build robust systems and mentor future tech professionals.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python/Django Developer who can develop end-to-end custom solutions and also guide and train budding developers. This is an exciting dual role combining real-world project development with mentorship and training responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack Django applications and tailored business solutions.
• Build and maintain systems such as:
• Custom CMS platforms
• eCommerce websites
• Multi-vendor marketplace systems
• ERP and POS systems
• Business automation and tailored client solutions
• Conduct in-house training sessions, workshops, and mentorship for academy students.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, design, and marketing.
• Maintain clean, scalable code with documentation and version control (Git).
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Python and Django.
• Proven experience building complex systems like CMS, eCommerce, ERP, or POS platforms.
• Strong understanding of Mongo/MySQL, Django REST Framework, APIs, and Git.
• Ability to train, mentor, and communicate effectively with junior developers and students.
• Good understanding of frontend integration (HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, Bootstrap).
• Bonus: Experience with deployment (Docker, Heroku, DigitalOcean, etc.).
