Python & Machine Learning Engineer

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 2+ years of production experience with Python
• Strong hands-on experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments
• Solid understanding of NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics
• Proficiency with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark)
• Experience with ML pipelines and MLOps practices
• Strong knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience with Go (Golang) for building high-performance services
• Knowledge of LLMs and generative AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
• Background in real-time ML inference at scale
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Prior work in marketing technology, personalization, or customer engagement platforms
