Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
Define, implement, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
Perform hands-on coding, debugging, and optimization.
Contribute to technical architecture and roadmap discussions.

Requirements:

5+ years of proven Python development experience (Django/Flask/FastAPI preferred).
Strong understanding of performance optimization, secure coding, and scalable systems.
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and mentoring skills.

Contract Details:

Duration: 3 Months
Engagement: Full-time, hands-on role.
Location: Remote/Hybrid (as per requirement).
