Python Developer

About the Role (2022 and before graduation)

We are looking for a passionate Python Developer with strong experience in Django or FastAPI,

along with a foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts. You will work on building scalable

backend systems, integrating AI-driven features, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to

deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and maintain backend services using Django and FastAPI.

 Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services.

 Work on AI/ML-based features — from integrating existing models to experimenting with

new ones.

 Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

 Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

 Collaborate with frontend, data science, and DevOps teams to deliver complete solutions.

 Participate in code reviews, debugging, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 6 Months to 3 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.

 Hands-on experience with Django (including DRF) or FastAPI.

 Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows (model integration, preprocessing, etc.).

 Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs.

 Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

 Good understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

 Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).

 Familiarity with LLM integration or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

 Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Education

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical

experience).
