Rust + Python Engineer
Were looking for a Rust + Python Engineer to help build ultra low-latency trading systems across global
venues. The fund is one of the top-performing in the digital asset space, and is preparing to scale its
high-frequency and market-making capabilities with a focus on microsecond-level optimization.
Work:
- Develop core components of the trading stack deployed across multiple colocations.
- Build ultra low-latency systems for ingestion, execution, risk, and market structure logic.
- Optimize code paths and data pipelines to operate at microsecond-level precision.
- Create tooling for profiling, tracing, and observability across global infrastructure.
- Explore and prototype new logic to support emerging asset classes and instruments.
Key Skills needed:
- Expertise in Rust and Python, especially in low-level systems or performance-critical environments.
- Experience with Python extension modules (pyo3 or similar) is highly valued.
- Familiarity with lock-free programming, concurrency, and CPU-level optimization.
- Proven track record in building or optimizing real-time systems in trading, gaming, or high-throughput
domains.
