💼 About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Python and Django. You’ll architect scalable solutions, optimize APIs, and mentor junior developers — contributing directly to our product innovation journey.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design, develop & deploy scalable REST APIs using Django & Django REST Framework (DRF)

🤝 Collaborate with product, design & frontend teams for technical alignment

🧠 Write clean, reusable, testable code following best practices

💾 Integrate and manage PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis or other data stores

⚡ Optimize server-side logic & ensure top-notch performance

🔐 Implement security and data protection best practices

🧩 Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions & technical planning

📈 Stay ahead with the latest in Python/Django trends and recommend improvements

🧰 Requirements:

🎯 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Python & Django (DRF expertise a must)

🏗 Strong grasp of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture

🗃 Proficiency in SQL databases & ORM concepts

🔧 Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows

⚙️ Familiar with Celery, asynchronous programming, Docker, AWS or Azure

💬 Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

🌟 Good to Have:

💡 Experience in product-based or SaaS environments

🤖 Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or OpenAI APIs

⚛️ Knowledge of FastAPI, GraphQL, or React
