Python Developer – Selenium Automation Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–2 Years Salary: As per industry standards About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Python Developer (Selenium Automation) to join our QA/Automation team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation test suites using Python and Selenium to ensure high-quality product releases. Key Responsibilities: Develop automated test scripts using Python + Selenium WebDriver . Execute test cases and report defects clearly with proper documentation. Maintain and enhance existing test frameworks for better performance and scalability. Collaborate closely with QA engineers, developers, and product teams to ensure test coverage. Participate in regression, functional, and integration testing cycles. Troubleshoot issues in automation scripts and contribute to continuous improvement. Maintain test documentation and logs for automation executions. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in automation testing using Python and Selenium . Good understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC. Hands-on experience with automating web applications . Familiarity with test frameworks like PyTest , unittest , or Robot Framework . Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and XPath for element identification. Experience with Git or any version control system. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions. Exposure to API testing (Postman, Rest Assured). Knowledge of any test management tool (like TestRail, JIRA).
