About the Role

Prologic Technologies is hiring a passionate Python Developer with experience in Machine Learning & AI to build intelligent and scalable solutions for global clients. You’ll collaborate with data scientists and product teams to bring ML models into production, automate workflows, and deliver measurable impact using modern AI tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Integration

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models using Python
• Integrate AI solutions into web apps, APIs, and internal tools
• Work on NLP, recommendation systems, classification, and predictive models

Data Handling

• Build pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and transformation.
• Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, logs).
• Optimize performance for large-scale datasets

Model Training & Optimization

• Fine-tune models using real-world data
• Track and improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
• Use libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face

AI Automation & Deployment

• Use tools like MLflow, FastAPI, Docker for model lifecycle management.
• Automate tasks with AI agents or LLMs (OpenAI, Langchain, etc.)
• Build reusable modules, scripts, and workflows

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Python coding skills.
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with model deployment using APIs, Docker, or cloud.
• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
• Git, Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, REST APIs

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, or LangChain.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Knowledge of MLOps or AutoML pipelines
