We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience in visual communication, video editing, and animation. The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging content across print, digital, and social platforms, helping us build a strong brand identity and tell compelling stories. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard tools, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through graphics, videos, and animations. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Design – Create original, visually appealing posts, infographics, and short-form videos optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Marketing Collateral – Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, one-pagers, and digital ads (both print & online). Video Production – Edit thought leadership videos, product demos, and promotional videos with professional transitions, effects, and sound. Animation & Motion Graphics – Create logo animations, GIFs, explainer videos, and motion assets to enhance brand storytelling. UI & Web Assets – Design creative elements and assets for websites and landing pages. Collaboration – Work closely with content writers, strategists, and product teams to visualize campaigns and bring concepts to life. Feedback & Iteration – Adapt and revise creatives based on internal and client feedback. Brand Consistency – Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines across channels. Industry Awareness – Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices. Manage independent projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Must-Have Skills Design Tools – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects); Canva, and Figma. Graphic Design Expertise – Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and marketing collateral design. Video & Animation – Video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects/DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics (After Effects). Digital Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of social media creatives, ad formats, and web design requirements. Soft Skills – Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Basic 3D design/animation exposure (Cinema4D) Photography and videography knowledge. Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing design best practices Qualifications 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity, video editing, and animation projects. Basic understanding of digital marketing formats (social, web, ads). Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 12 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML development (internship or full-time). Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Understanding of basic machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and evaluation metrics. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
