Python Developer & Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur (Work from Office)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on skills and interview performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python Developer & Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python programming, data analysis, and machine learning algorithms, along with the ability to develop, test, and deploy ML models into production.

Roles and Responsibilities:Python Development:

• Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Build APIs, automation scripts, and backend systems for data-driven applications.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimization and performance.

Machine Learning & AI:

• Design and implement machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Work with libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, and OpenCV.
• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune ML models for accuracy and efficiency.
• Deploy ML models into production environments.

Data Handling & Analysis:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to extract insights.
• Visualize data using Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Work with structured and unstructured data sources.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and project managers.
• Maintain proper documentation of models, workflows, and project deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python, AI, and ML technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, NLP, etc.).
• Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and REST APIs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience with Flask/Django for API or model deployment.
• Knowledge of Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
