Job Description

1. Job Role: Python Technical Lead / Architect

Experience:

Mandatory Skills:

  • Lead architecture and development of scalable backend systems.
  • Design and manage middleware, REST APIs, and backend components.
  • Oversee PostgreSQL database design, performance, and optimization.
  • Implement Docker-based deployments and orchestrations (AWS ECS/EKS).
  • Drive AWS cloud architecture, security, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams and guide junior engineers.
  • Ensure high-quality code via reviews, testing, and best practices.

2. Job Role: Python Developer - AWS

Mandatory Skills:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python (Flask/Django).
  • Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3.
  • Implement containerization using Docker.
  • Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL database schemas.
  • Troubleshoot and improve application performance and stability.
