Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Python & Data Science Trainer to join our academic team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students, professionals, and corporate clients in Python programming, data analysis, and machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training modules in Python, Data Science, and Machine Learning
• Conduct classes (online/offline) for students, job seekers, and working professionals
• Develop curriculum content, assignments, projects, and real-world case studies
• Prepare assessments, quizzes, and capstone projects to evaluate student understanding
• Keep course material up to date with the latest industry trends and tools
• Guide students on projects and support them during practical sessions
• Assist in the development of internal tools, demos, and data-driven models
• Take ownership of student performance, engagement, and satisfaction

Key Skills & Tools Required:

• Strong programming knowledge in Python
• Core Python, OOPs, File Handling, Libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.)
• Data Analysis, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Data Cleaning
• Statistics & Probability for Data Science
• Machine Learning algorithms: Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, KNN, SVM, etc.
• Model evaluation techniques, Cross-validation, Confusion Matrix, etc.
• Hands-on with Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, Anaconda
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or Deep Learning is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills

Preferred Certifications:

• Python Certification (e.g., PCEP, PCAP)
• Data Science Certification (Coursera, Udemy, IBM, Google, etc.)
• Machine Learning or AI specialization certificates
