Python Automation Tester

• Experience : 5-6 Yrs
• Mode of work : Weekly 4 days (WFO)
• Upto 15 LPA

• 5-6 years of Automation + Manual testing experience.
• Bangalore based, as they may need to be at client location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to design comprehensive test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on applications.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and issues in the system.
• Work closely with developers to replicate defects and clarify requirements.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues or gaps in functionality.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Hands-on experience with test case creation, test planning, and execution.
• Knowledge and experience is Agile Methodology / participation in Sprint planning activities.

Automation skill set:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Ability to write and maintain automation scripts in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or Typescript.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium
• Experience with any framework development( BDD, TDD, Hybrid)
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of databases and SQL for backend testing
• Good knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Knowledge on cloud based services (Azure or AWS)
