Role Overview: As a Python Full Stack Architect at EY, you will play a crucial role in designing and architecting scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant Python-based applications and microservices. You will lead the decision-making process around frameworks, tools, libraries, and cloud services, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Additionally, you will mentor and guide development teams on Python design patterns, asynchronous programming, and modularization. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. - Ensuring non-functional aspects like high availability, scalability, security, performance, resiliency, cloud readiness & monitoring are well-crafted in architecture and design produced and validated before & after implementation. - Participate in Sprint planning for requirements and implementations, estimate efforts, and participate in daily scrum calls to update progress. - Manage user stories in centralized sprint management tools, develop and test user stories with respect to acceptance criteria defined, and participate in sprint backlog refinement. - Participate in Sprint retrospective meetings, record the lessons learned, and participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning for the sprint. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree with a minimum of 8-12+ years of strong Python development & architecture experience. - Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and extraction. - Experience in at least one Python framework (Django or Flask or Fast API). - Strong technical knowledge of Azure/AWS PaaS/IaaS/SaaS, Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes. - Experience working with SQL, Postgres, or SQL Server databases. - Experience in project management in accordance with AGILE (SCRUM) methodology. - Good object-oriented programming background. - Good verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in Core Python with additional experience in Banking or financial services is preferred.,
