Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python Lead with strong hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services and modern Python web development frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI. The role involves leading backend development, solution architecture, and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of Python-based backend applications.

• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Django / Flask / FastAPI.

• Build and optimize RESTful and asynchronous APIs.

• Design and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.

• Mentor Python developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding best practices.

• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless releases.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate AWS deployments.

• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of strong Python backend development experience.

• Hands-on expertise in Django, Flask, and FastAPI frameworks.

• In-depth knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS).

• Experience building microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.

• Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases.

• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).

• Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

• Team leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor developers.

• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
