Your coordination with production, quality control, and finance teams will be essential to ensure smooth operations. You will need to ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards in procurement. Monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings will also be a part of your duties. Maintaining accurate records and preparing regular procurement reports will help in tracking the progress and making informed decisions.
