Purchasing Manager

As a Purchasing Manager at Jagruti Rehabilitation Centre, located in Taloja, Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement operations for our facility. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end procurement process of medical and non-medical supplies, identifying reliable vendors, negotiating contracts, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end procurement process of medical and non-medical supplies. - Identify reliable vendors and negotiate contracts for best pricing and quality. - Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure timely availability. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines. - Work closely with finance and operations teams to align procurement with budgets. - Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. - Handle vendor evaluation and relationship management. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field. - 2-4 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in healthcare or hospitality. - Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. - Familiarity with procurement software and MS Excel. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
