Purchasing Manager-(Home Appliance)

• Key Responsibilities:
• Procurement Management:
• Source and procure materials, supplies, and equipment needed for business operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Inventory and Stock Control:

• Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid shortages.
• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to manage stock efficiently.

Vendor Management:

• Evaluate and approve suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and reliability.
• Maintain a database of approved vendors and update regularly.

Purchase Order Management:

• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, specifications, and pricing.
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.

Budget and Cost Control:

• Adhere to procurement budgets and suggest cost-saving measures where applicable.
• Analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws in procurement processes.

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal departments like finance, operations, and production to align procurement with business needs.
• Address and resolve any supplier-related issues or disputes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.43 per month
