Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet walk-in customers and assist them in identifying suitable home appliance products (TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, etc.)
  • Understand customer needs and provide detailed product information, comparisons, and demonstrations
  • Drive sales targets for daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Maintain stock display standards and ensure product visibility
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers
  • Coordinate with backend/inventory team for product availability and order processing
  • Explain warranty, EMI, and other promotional offers
  • Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions
  • Keep updated with product features and competitors’ offerings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
