Purchasing Executive

You will be responsible for managing the purchase activities for the restaurant in Lower Parel, Mumbai. Your main tasks will include: - Establishing vendor contracts by comparing rates, quality, lead time, etc. to ensure the best deals for the restaurant. - Ensuring efficient inventory management by maintaining optimal par stock levels for smooth operations in different areas (ambient, refrigerated, and frozen). - Following proper procedures for indent screening, product specifications, goods receiving, quality checks, returned goods, first-in-first-out issuing, and wastage recording. - Completing any other tasks that may be assigned by senior management. Please note that this is a full-time on-site role, and we are currently only considering candidates based in Mumbai.,
