Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Engineer specializing in Diesel Engine & Tractor spare parts, located in Rajkot. The Purchasing Engineer will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, planning and executing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of required components. They will also be involved in negotiating with suppliers, analyzing market trends, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Daily tasks include reviewing inventory levels, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring all purchased parts meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Planning
• Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders and maintaining vendor relationships
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and supplier performance
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive or industrial sectors is a plus
