Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant located in Ghaziabad. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for handling purchasing processes, managing purchase orders, and overseeing procurement activities. Daily tasks include coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the procurement team in various administrative tasks. The role requires effective communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders and manage procurement-related communications efficiently.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Purchasing Processes and Procurement
• Experience in handling Purchase Orders and other purchasing-related tasks
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
