Key Responsibilities

Identifying and sourcing vendors: Finding new vendors and evaluating their capabilities, quality, and financial stability
  • Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, and communicating regularly with them
  • Ensuring quality: Ensuring that vendors meet the company's quality and performance standards
  • Monitoring performance: Evaluating vendor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Developing strategies: Designing and implementing strategies to identify and nurture potential vendors
  • Conducting audits: Conducting vendor audits and due diligence processes
  • Working with other departments: Working with other departments to ensure that the company's supply chain is efficient and effective

Managing commodity of Plastic parts, Tooling &E&E Etc.
  • New Source Evaluation & Development
  • Doing Technical reviews along with Engg. Team
  • COST DUE DILIGENCE, Negotiations Cost
Approval from management.
  • On time Development of parts as per desired
quality standards.
  • Getting parts cleared from QA & getting PPAP
lots & approvals.
