Purchase & Store Assistant

About the Role: Yara Doors is seeking a Purchase & Store Assistant to handle procurement and inventory operations at our factory. The ideal candidate will manage vendor coordination, purchase follow-ups, material receipts, and stock maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production flow. Key Responsibilities: • Source and purchase raw materials, hardware, and consumables as per production requirements. • Maintain daily store records (inward, outward, stock balance). • Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery and negotiate best prices. • Physically verify received materials for quantity and quality. • Issue materials to production as per job requirements and maintain issue registers. • Update stock entries in Excel or inventory software. • Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels and reorder planning. • Handle local market purchases and logistics (bike required). Requirements: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred: Supply Chain / Commerce / Mechanical) 1–4 years’ experience in purchase or stores (manufacturing setup preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation Good communication and negotiation skills Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
