Join our growing team and play a key role in the procurement cycle! We're looking for a smart, process-driven Purchase Officer with prior experience in the construction or infrastructure sector who can manage materials, vendors, and costs with precision and efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, especially for construction or site-related needs.
• Perform rate and cost analysis to ensure competitive procurement.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory using Excel or ERP software (e.g., Tally/SAP).
• Prepare comparison sheets and vendor quotations for approvals.
• Ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance of materials and services.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams for requirement planning and follow-ups.
• Drive process-based procurement workflows aligned with company policies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts with relevant procurement data.

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience in construction or civil procurement processes.
• Proven skills in rate negotiation, vendor management & comparative analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, or similar software.
• Strong documentation and compliance awareness.
• Clear and effective communication skills – written and verbal.
• Smart, solution-oriented approach to handling day-to-day challenges.
• Preference for candidates from reputed companies or similar industry background.
