Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end procurement (Purchase) . This is a pivotal role that ensures timely availability and delivery of materials across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Procurement: Identify, source, and procure required materials, furniture, fixtures, and fittings based on project specifications. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for best pricing, quality, and payment terms. Prepare and manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery. Maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct regular evaluations. Good knowledge of interior and civil related items Requirement Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in procurement (Purchase) in the interior design or architecture industry . Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Qualifications: 12th Pass + Minimum 3 - 5 Year experience in in the interior design or architecture industry . What We Offer Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.
