Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day purchase of raw materials, equipment, and consumables as per production requirements.
Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality materials at competitive prices.
Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Coordinate with the accounts and production departments for purchase orders and material planning.
Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Keep track of all invoices, bills, and delivery challans.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area.
Prepare daily and monthly stock reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Supply Chain preferred).
1–3 years of experience in purchase or store management (manufacturing/factory setup preferred).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good knowledge of inventory software or MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,697.91 - ₹25,189.12 per month
