Purchase Merchandiser Technical

As a Purchase Merchandiser Technical, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to customers in the Chemicals industry, including paper chemicals, textile chemicals, and paints technology. With a minimum educational requirement of a BSC in Chemistry (MSC Chemistry preferred), you must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field. Your key duties will include following up with customers for product developments and projects, providing customer support for orders, and managing the CRM system. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with factories for dispatch and shipment management, including logistics coordination and customer communication. Technical documentation tasks such as preparing MSDS, TDS, and COA reports will be part of your daily routine. You will also handle technical queries from customers, approve or reject samples based on customer specifications, and collaborate with the QC team for quality control. Your skills in CRM, COA, PSS, order management, MSDS, technical support, customer support, logistics management, samples handling, technical documentation, quality control, and chemical knowledge will be crucial for success in this role. Your ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams, along with your strong technical background, will be essential for meeting the demands of this position.,
