Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
MBA or additional certifications in Supply Chain (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) preferred.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware categories: laptops, desktops, servers, networking, storage, components, peripherals, etc.
Proficient in ERP systems / procurement software.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills. Understanding of import/export, GST, warranty terms, and RMA processes.
8-10 years of procurement experience in the IT hardware or technology distribution industry.
Experience working with OEMs, national distributors (Ingram, Redington, etc.), and system integrators.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
