Job Description

As a Procurement Officer at Global Calcium Pvt Ltd located in Hosur, your role involves managing procurement activities for a variety of items including raw materials, solvents, lab chemicals, glassware, lab equipment, production consumables, IT requirements, printing items, stationary, housekeeping supplies, PPEs, safety items, and other production consumables. You will also be responsible for developing new vendor relationships to ensure the smooth flow of supplies. Key Responsibilities: - Source raw materials, solvents, lab chemicals, glassware, lab equipment, production consumables, IT requirements, printing items, stationary, housekeeping supplies, PPEs, safety items, and other production consumables - Send inquiries to suppliers, prepare comparative statements, negotiate terms, and obtain approval for purchase orders - Update AMC contracts with timely approvals, prepare purchase orders, and maintain detailed records in excel format - Process transporter bills, match them with Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and arrange necessary quality assurance documents Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate (B.Com/BSc.) - Strong procurement and organizational skills Global Calcium Pvt Ltd is a company that values efficiency and attention to detail in its procurement processes.,
