Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Purchase Manager/ Executive with 4 to 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry, specifically in Agro Chemical Company. The position is based in Saykha, Gujarat.

Roles and Responsibility

Sourcing raw materials, intermediates, and technical products related to agro chemicals.
Negotiating and monitoring procurement activities independently.
Building and maintaining good contacts across the chemical industry with specialty chemicals and agro chemicals.
Managing procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Developing and implementing purchasing strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, and purchasing principles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
