Job Summary As a Purchasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving procurement strategy and operations. You’ll work closely with PSUs, government bodies, and large corporates to secure high-value contracts, manage vendor relationships, and optimize our supply chain—ensuring our continued excellence in mission-critical communications solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an end-to-end purchasing strategy aligned with business goals Review, process and track purchase orders; maintain accurate procurement records Lead, mentor & evaluate the purchasing team’s performance Negotiate prices, terms and contracts with existing and prospective suppliers Build and sustain strong vendor partnerships; evaluate vendors on quality, timeliness & cost Coordinate inventory forecasts and supply requirements with other functional managers Schedule deliveries to guarantee on-time fulfillment and minimal stockouts Stay abreast of procurement technology trends; lead implementation of new systems as needed Conduct supplier site visits and due diligence assessments Address quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly Skills & Competencies Exceptional negotiation and supplier-management skills Strong analytical, research & decision-making abilities Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and organizational aptitude Proven leadership and team-building capabilities Requirements & Qualifications (B.Tech/BE/Diploma/B.Sc. in Electronics, Communications, IT or Computer Science) 2–3 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager or Procurement Agent, including supervisory responsibilities Hands-on experience in high-volume procurement for government, PSU or corporate clients Work Location & Contact Work Address: Plot No-6, Magnus Tower, 5th Floor, Noida Sector-73 Perks & Benefits Competitive performance bonus Annual appraisal & salary reviews Opportunities for professional development and cross-functional project exposure Supportive work-life balance culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
