Purchase Manager - CCTV

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing of CCTV and surveillance products.
  
• Develop sourcing strategies for both project-based and stock requirements.
  
• Identify alternate suppliers to reduce risk and ensure supply continuity.
  
• Ensure all products meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors.
  
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  
• Handle import logistics, including Incoterms and documentation (e.g., BLs, invoices, packing lists).
  
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to understand product requirements.
  
• Evaluate and compare product options across multiple brands and suppliers.
  
• Provide product input and support for project proposals and tenders.
  
• Monitor pricing trends and optimize procurement costs.
  
• Forecast purchasing budgets and report on savings and KPIs.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries and stock accuracy.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and manage bulk ordering to optimize costs.
  
• Maintain purchase records, contracts, and product certifications (e.g., CE, FCC, RoHS).
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  
• Stay informed on new technologies and market trends in the CCTV industry.
  
• Participate in industry events, expos, and vendor presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum

  4 years of experience

  in purchasing CCTV and surveillance products.
• Strong

  technical knowledge

  of CCTV systems, including analog, IP cameras, access control, video analytics, and storage solutions.
• Proven experience in

  vendor negotiation

  and

  international sourcing

  .
• Excellent

  communication skills

  in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/Purchase Management systems.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
