Position Overview:

To manage and oversee the procurement of raw materials, components, and services required for transformer manufacturing. Ensure cost-effectiveness, quality standards, and timely delivery aligned with production schedules and organizational goals.

1. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for raw materials such as copper, steel, insulation materials, transformer oil, bushings, cores, etc.

2. Negotiate contracts, prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors. Develop and implement procurement strategies based on production forecasts.

3. Material Planning: Ensure timely delivery of transformer tanks, core frames, enclosures and transformers accessories.

4. Should have Good knowledge in each stage of tank, enclosure fabrications.

Skills required:

1. Knowledge on Transformer and its components/accessories
2. Familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft AX , proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and understanding of procurement software.
