Procurement Manager / Purchase Executive – API & Intermediates

Thane, Maharashtra

About Us:

OREX Pharma Pvt. Ltd.

Role Overview:

Procurement Manager / Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source & procure APIs/intermediates from domestic & overseas suppliers
  • Develop vendors and manage supplier relationships
  • Negotiate prices & finalize contracts
  • Handle import/export logistics & compliance
  • Ensure GMP/ISO adherence & maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with QA, QC, Regulatory & Finance teams

Qualifications:

🎓 B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc (Chemistry) / B.E. (Chemical) / MBA

💼 8–9 years’ experience in pharma or chemical procurement

💻 Strong in MS Excel, negotiation & vendor management
