Microsoft Office, Excel, Word., Goole SheetRoles & Responsibilities: 1 Indents Preparation 2 Indents placing with mills & taking indent no's 3 Pending order list maintain & follow ups 4 Maintain Transit details 5to arrange lifting of material as per transit & take truck details6 Checking of despatch details with indents for items & rates 7 Regular customer orders follow ups (INDENT Business)9 procure documents recd or not recd agnst orders like p.o., Road permit, etc.10Filing all the documents11 Freight Rate/ Transportation co-ordination12SD - CPN - MLD - VD - Rate diff. details to prepare/verification13 Priority orders (send mails Twice a week)14 E- Mail to mills asking for complete pending order status 15 16to take freight bills from transporters 17 Freight bills feeding in transit 18 Direct Billing Payment & local payments for same parties19Stock orders details to prepare as per MIL 20 Re-concile payment or deduction records 21 Cancellation of small pending orders 22 Information of cancellations/shortage/excess to the respective customers or Mill 23 KAM (key account management)25Despatch Details mail to Parties26E - mail details to mills for non release of trucks27Unloading Details (Tpt. or Customer)28Covering letters with all direct invoicing,
