Purchase Intern

Role Overview: As a Purchase Intern at Gofastening Handle LLP, you will be part of a dedicated MRO supplier and industrial trading company, where you will gain hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain management. You will assist in vendor management, sourcing, negotiations, and procurement operations, while working in a real business environment. This 3-month internship is designed for freshers who are motivated and enthusiastic about starting a career in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing and identifying potential vendors and suppliers. - Support in reviewing quotations and comparing supplier proposals. - Help prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records. - Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounts, logistics) for procurement requirements. - Conduct basic market research to explore cost-effective sourcing options. - Track and follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and pending requirements. - Assist in preparing MIS reports and documentation for management. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate/ Diploma (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics). - Experience: Fresher (No prior experience required). - Software Knowledge: Basic MS Excel knowledge; exposure to ERP (Tally/Zoho) will be an advantage.
