Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure quality standards meet project requirements.
  
• Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and storage facilities to minimize waste and optimize space utilization.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  pan-India real estate purchase & procurement operations

  for construction materials, contracts, and services.
• Manage large-scale procurement portfolios with

  cumulative purchase value exceeding 10,000 Crore

  .
• Develop and execute

  strategic sourcing plans

  aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Finalize vendors, negotiate rates, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
  
• Ensure

  cost optimization, budget control, and value engineering

  across all projects.
• Coordinate closely with

  Projects, Finance, Legal, and Planning teams

  .
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and ethical procurement practices.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and OEMs.
  
• Monitor material quality, delivery schedules, and inventory control.
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage the purchase team across projects.
  

Required Experience & Background

• 1520 years of proven experience in

  Real Estate Purchase / Procurement

  .
• Must have worked with reputed real estate developers such as:

  Mahagun, Nimbus, Gulshan, ATS, Godrej, Supertech, Migsun, Gaur, BPTP, CRC, Dasnac

  or similar reputed organizations.
• Strong exposure to

  high-value procurement

  , contracts, and vendor negotiations.
• Hands-on experience in

  bulk purchase of construction materials

  (cement, steel, MEP, finishing, etc.).
