Knowledge: Strong understanding of refractory materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management. Find, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers for timely and quality deliveries. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to reduce costs. Monitor inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock. Ensure all materials meet quality standards in coordination with quality teams. Follow safety and compliance regulations in all procurement activities. Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals. Analyze market trends and supplier performance for informed decisions.
