Job Description

As a Procurement Manager at our company, your primary focus will be on Strategic sourcing, Vendor Development & Commercial aspects. You will be responsible for purchasing AV solutions from distributors and OEMs on a Pan India basis, including overseas suppliers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle overall activities of the Purchase department, including cost negotiation, new product development, raw material procurement, vendor development & strategic sourcing. - Execute purchasing for large corporate projects exceeding 10 Crores in single deals and 50 Crores+ annually. - Support the sales process from presales to post-sales by obtaining deal-specific prices in INR/USD, tracking validity, and managing shipping costs. - Share delivery and PO trackers, and ensure persistent follow-ups for deadline-based work. - Be willing to work extra hours to meet RFP schedules. - Manage shipping/logistics for customer orders on a Pan India basis. - Preferably have knowledge of GST, online buying from portals, invoice validation, and material quality control. **Qualifications:** - Strong negotiation skills. - 3 - 10 years of purchasing experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
