Purchase Executive

Role Overview: As a Senior Purchase Executive in the Electronic Manufacturing Industry, your main responsibility will be to manage and control all external suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of materials and finished parts for production. This will involve establishing strategic relationships with key suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and developing a procurement and store strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and control all external suppliers for timely procurement of materials and finished parts - Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers - Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers - Develop a procurement and store strategy - Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and identify new suppliers - Continually seek to improve purchasing methods to reduce external spend - Develop suppliers through collaboration, innovation, and quality audits - Conduct regular supplier visits and comprehensive reviews of the purchasing function to identify and implement improvements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics - Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the industry - Exposure to electric components such as ICs, modules, resistors, inductors, diodes, etc. - Team handling experience - Focus on production efficiencies Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund, operating on a day shift schedule. The work location is in person, and flexibility for supplier visits at short notice may be required to ensure efficient material procurement and cost control.,
