Job Description

Purchase Executive R&D (Surat)

Key Responsibilities:

Support the R&D Sourcing Lead in creating and processing Purchase Orders.
Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely supply.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment processing.
Maintain project-wise purchase records and documentation.
Assist in vendor communication, coordination, and supplier evaluation.
Prepare and submit project-wise monthly updates for the Monthly Review Meeting (MRM).
Provide general administrative support related to R&D sourcing activities.

Requirements:

Experience:
0–2 years in Purchase/Sourcing (Freshers may apply).
Qualification:
Any Bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in building a career in sourcing.
Location:
Surat, Gujarat (mandatory).
Languages:
Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
SAP Knowledge:
Preferred, but not mandatory.
Confidentiality:
Must maintain strict confidentiality due to R&D involvement (non-negotiable)
