Job description :
The Purchase Executive is responsible for overseeing the procurement of materials and services needed for the organization. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that purchases meet organizational quality and budgetary requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms of agreement, pricing, and delivery timelines with vendors to secure cost-effective options.
Quality Control: Inspect and review the quality of purchased products and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
Tracking Orders: Following up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time for production schedules
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or in a similar role.
Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
