Job description :
The Purchase Executive is responsible for overseeing the procurement of materials and services needed for the organization. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that purchases meet organizational quality and budgetary requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Make the PO upon the order placed at vendors office or remotely over laptop to generate the PO
Placing the order with vendors
Following up the order with vendors and dispatch of order
Making sure the timely dispatch the orders of the vendors
Following up with the vendor for timely and correct Dispatch Of materials
The main Function is to generate the PO,s and the follow up with the vendors
Everyday visit the market take the follow up from the vendors
Everyday visiting the market area and taking the feedback from vendors
Training will be provided
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
1 year of experience in Purchasing Executive or in a similar role.
Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
